Deliveries and Returns

COVID-19 announcement – we practice social distancing and follow guidelines on washing and sanitising when fulfilling your orders.

All our orders will be handpicked and packed based on customer requirements. 

For loose foodstuffs, there may be a slight leeway on weights, but we will keep these to within 5% of the required amount or above the required amount.

Local Deliveries

We offer free local delivery (by E-cargo bike!) on all orders over £35.

Our local delivery is for LS postcodes 1-28 only. However, on our discretion, we may offer local delivery to other nearby postcodes, please contact us to discuss options.

If your order is under £35 the delivery costs are as follows;

LS postcodes 1- 12: £3.50

LS postcodes 13-28: £4.50

Local deliveries will be fulfilled within 2 working days after the order has been paid for, and delivered at a convenient time agreed by both parties prior to the delivery day (we will contact you to arrange this, if you wish, you can put a preference in the notes section when ordering).

Click and Collect

If you would like to use our click and collect service you can select this at check out. We will aim to process your order within 2 working days and will send a confirmation email once your order is ready to collect.

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you (on your phone is fine and saves trees!).

The Click and Collect option at checkout is currently only available for addresses in West Yorkshire. Please contact us if wish to discuss nationwide shipping options.

Order Process

Once your order has been submitted and paid for we will aim to pack the order within 2 working days.

We will also contact you regarding a delivery day and time, this will either be by phone or email (if you have a preference, please use the notes section when ordering) or we will email once your order is ready to collect from the shop. Please bring this confirmation with you to collect your order.

If you have chosen local delivery, an email will be sent on the day agreed for delivery with the time slot previously agreed between both parties.

Any changes to this slot must be communicated to Leeds Refills by more than 24 hours beforehand. 

If, once the order has been processed and we have been unable to reach you to discuss delivery, your order may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

Once we arrive at the delivery address, the delivery driver will knock on the door and leave the parcel on the doorstep and move away to a safe distance, so you can safely retrieve the package.

Our usual policy is to accept returns up to 30 days after delivery of the product(s). You must contact us before this 30 day period ends if you would like a refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, such as loose food, and hygiene products, such as menstrual products and reusable nappies, cannot be returned due to hygiene issues. If there is a product recall or warning issues on an item we will endeavour to contact our customers informing them and providing a refund for said item, no matter how long since the purchase was made. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email). You will be required to return the purchase(s) to us at your own cost before a refund is issued.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning in person to the shop you must ensure you come during shop opening hours or as discussed via email/phone.

If you are shipping product(s) over £40 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible if we do not receive your returned item(s). We have the right to refuse or offer a partial refund on items that are returned used or damaged and any item returned after 30 days. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome of your refund. If successful we will process your refund within 2 working days. It should then show in your account 3 working days later.
